NBA Playoffs

The NBA playoffs have been very entertaining, as there are now only four teams remaining. The Cleveland Cavaliers are facing the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals, and are down 0-1 to the Celtics. The Cavaliers defeated the Indiana Pacers, 4-3, in the first round. They also defeated the Toronto Raptors, 4-0, in the second round. They are led by LeBron James, who is currently averaging 32.7 points, 9.2 rebounds, 9.0 assists, and shooting 53.9 percent from the field.

The Celtics defeated the Milwaukee Bucks, 4-3, in the first round. They also defeated the Philadelphia 76ers, 4-1, in the second round. They are led by Al Horford, who is currently averaging 17.2 points, 8.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and shooting 59.3 percent from the field.

The Warriors are playing the Houston Rockets, and are leading the series 1-0 in the Western Conference Finals. The Warriors defeated the San Antonio Spurs, 4-1, in the first round. They also defeated the New Orleans Pelicans, 4-1, in the second round. They are led by Kevin Durant, who is currently averaging 28.8 points, 7.5 rebounds, 4.6 assists, and shooting 49.6 percent from the the field. The Houston Rockets defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves, 4-1, in the first round. They also defeated the Utah Jazz, 4-1, in the second round. They are led by James Harden, who is averaging 29.6 points, 4.9 rebounds, 7.5 assists, and shooting 42.4 percent from the field.

I think the Golden State Warriors will win the NBA championship this year, but I am hoping for an upset and that the Cavaliers will take the title. In my eyes, the Warriors are unstoppable. For my predictions, the Warriors will defeat the Rockets, 4-1, in the Western Conference Finals and the Cavaliers will defeat the Celtics, 4-2, in the Eastern Conference Finals. In the Finals, the Warriors will sweep the Cavaliers. All in all though, the playoffs have been very entertaining this year, and I look forward to the rest of the games.
