In this off season, Antonio Brown requested a trade from the Pittsburgh Steelers. He wanted to leave due to many reasons, which have led to a lot of speculation.

For one, I think Antonio Brown is jealous of the young star wide receiver Juju Smith-Schuster, who played with Brown for two seasons. Juju started to take away the amount of targets Brown would receive, meaning Brown would get less yards on the season.

There were also signs of Brown having issues with his hall of fame quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger. Brown had no respect for Roethlisberger and simply didn’t want to play for his quarterback.

The team chemistry was off, especially with Leveon Bell not playing for them, but that’s another story.

Now Antonio Brown is traded to the Oakland Raiders. I hope Brown has fun going 6-10 on the season and then requesting a trade from the Raiders. Antonio Brown is simply immature and it is clear that he has little control over his emotions. In order to find success with a team, he will need to learn to work things out with his teammates. Brown’s attitude is what always shoots him down from being the best receiver in the league, which in my opinion is Julio Jones who can lead his team without starting drama.

All things said, Antonio Brown is a plague to the locker room.
