How to Glo Up

-Drink a lot of water (Aim to drink at least eight 8-ounce cups a day)
-Love yourself
-Focus on priorities
-Exfoliate
-Stop eating bad food such as fast food
-Pray or Meditate
-Stay moisturized (Use shea butter,lotions,scrubs)

What Vitamins to Take

-Melatonin helps with sleep,but do not take it on the regular
-Cranberry pill flushes out kidneys and prevents UTI and plaque buildup
-Biotin pills helps with hair growth and nail growth.Make sure to drink a lot of water while taking it
-CoQ10 boosts energy and promotes heart health
-Multivitamins have a lot of vitamins that you need

Healthy Snack Ideas

-Yogurt (Greek Yogurt)
-Oatmeal
-Apple sauce
-Trail mix
-Baby carrots
-Celery Sticks
-Sweet Potato Chips
-Nuts
-Fruit
-Peanut Butter

How to Prepare for College

-Maintain a 3.0 gpa throughout high school at least
-Research scholarships,you never know what opportunities will be there
-Do not slack off,stay focused
-Join clubs and get volunteer hours. This looks good  on your applications
-Make sure to take the ACT and SAT
-Start writing college essays over the summer to be prepared

How to Save Money

-Keep change in a jar and exchange it for money when its full
-Track your weekly spending
-Record your expenses
-Choose something to set up for
